The Website Design Process

Here’s what you can expect when working together:

Getting Started
Once your package is selected and your quote is signed, you’ll receive a short intake form to share your content, goals, and inspiration.

Design & Setup
Your website is built using a Wix template or one of Potterton Creative’s custom templates as a starting point, then customized to align with your brand, website goals, and growth plans.

Review & Revisions
You’ll receive two rounds of revisions to refine the final details.

Site Transfer
Once you’ve given final approval, your website will be transferred to your Wix account, giving you full access and ownership.

Hosting & Domain
Each client is responsible for purchasing a Wix Premium hosting plan to enable website launch, connect a domain, and remove Wix ads. Step-by-step instructions will be provided.

Launch & Handoff
After approval, your site is launched on its domain and undergoes a full page-by-page and link-by-link review on the live site. You’ll also receive a tutorial video so you can confidently manage updates going forward.

Throughout the process, you’ll receive clear communication and guidance every step of the way.
